EFIF aims to establish an international chain of energy farm centers worldwide. These energy farm centers will produce and use renewable energy with an emphasis on modern solar- and bioenergy technology. In 2015 EFIF established an energy farm center in Borshchiv, Tenopil region in Ukraine. Despite its modest scale, the center has become a leading knowledge center and a key gathering place for training and information on the practical use of bioenergy in the region. Produce of cereals and pulses like – buckwheat, millet, yellow peas, corn grits, and others. We source raw grains from local farmers and process them into ready-to-cook products. 2. Packaging of food products (groats, pasta, sugar, salt, etc). 7 packaging lines can provide various types of packaging, like Sachet, Polypropylene and paper bags, Big bags, and others. We offer packaging services for food manufacturers and specialize in developing products under Private-label. Our products are sold to private clients and humanitarian organizations, like the World Food Programme. And we are being exported to Eastern Europe, Middle East and started to work with USA market. The company has innovative solutions in the field of replacing plastic packaging with paper on standard packaging machines (Finalist of BoostUp Ukraine by EIT Manufacturing Europe). And we are undergoing Organic certification. Both these directions align with the EU's focus on healthier food and the recyclability of packaging. In addition, we are organizers of the "ATLAS" food producers alliance which unites around 15 companies in food manufacturing, to better development and joint access to foreign markets. Our main expectations are to get an understanding of the Norwegian market and culture. Identifying whether is there a need for our products or if adaptation is needed. Also, we would like to know which products can be brought to Ukraine. We can share our expertise in recyclable packaging or start a joint project on something new.
