
About the Program
Young Entrepreneurs 2025 is a business-educational program by the Norwegian-Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce (NUCC). The program aims to connect ambitious and business-minded individuals from Ukraine and Norway who share a passion for international business and entrepreneurship.
If you're eager to explore cross-border opportunities and gain insight into the Norwegian and Ukrainian markets, this program is for you.
Who Can Apply
We are looking for up to 15 participants from Ukraine* and Norway** who are interested in exploring business opportunities across a variety of sectors. This program is ideal for:
- Individuals with a business idea they wish to develop and introduce to the Scandinavian/EU market
- Entrepreneurs with an existing business looking to expand into Scandinavia/EU
- Professionals working in companies that have potential for entering the Scandinavian or European markets
Participants will work on real-world business cases, either individually or in teams/pairs. These cases will be developed during the program and presented to a jury for feedback at the end.

What You Will Gain
Throughout the program, you will:
- Obtain the skills to transform an idea into a well-structured business case.
- Get insights into bilateral trade relations between Norway and Ukraine.
- Understand the structure and dynamics of both the Ukrainian and Norwegian economical situations
- Gain cultural insights into doing business in Norway and Ukraine
- Build a professional network that spans both countries
- Join the growing Young Entrepreneurs Alumni network and form lasting connections
Program Structure
The program consists of three mandatory parts:
- Part 1 – In-person in Lviv: Week 37 (September 9-12)
- Part 2 – Online: Week 42 (October 15)
- Part 3 – In-person in Kyiv or Lviv: Week 44 (October 28–31)
Focus Areas of the Business Cases
The business cases will focus on trade and entrepreneurship that:
- Contributes to increased economic development in Ukraine
- Strengthens the Ukrainian business environment
- Broadens cross-border networks
- Creates jobs and added-value in Ukraine
- Contributes to Ukraine’s further integration into the EU
- Increases Norwegian-Ukrainian bilateral cooperation
The program includes lectures, workshops, team activities, and input from alumni. Each participant/group will present their business case to a professional jury, which will provide feedback and select the strongest case. The winner will be awarded a one-year membership with NUCC.

Key Goals of the Program
- Facilitate exchange of Norwegian-Ukrainian knowledge and competence
- Identify market opportunities through research and collaboration
- Support economic development by contributing to increased trade between Norway and Ukraine
- Build lasting business partnerships across borders
- Promote understanding of Ukraine’s European integration process

✈️ NUCC will cover program-related expenses through it’s Norad grants: flight tickets, accommodation, meals, and social activities. Transportation to/from the airports, travel insurance, visa application fees (if needed), and personal expenses will be covered by each participant.
