What does it take to keep a city functioning during war, climate challenges or other major crises? Drawing on the experience of Kharkiv, this session explores how infrastructure, technology and international cooperation can help cities remain safe, resilient and operational.

This high-level breakfast event will bring together leading Norwegian, Ukrainian and international experts, policymakers, military representatives, business leaders and civil society actors to discuss one of Europe's most pressing challenges: Ukraine's fight for freedom and what it means for Europe's future.

This will be a great opportunity to reconnect with fellow alumni in Norway, meet this year’s Young Entrepreneurs participants, and learn more about our plans for the community in 2026-2027. Please note that attendance is limited to NUCC Young Entrepreneurs alumni and invited guests.

The Norwegian-Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce (NUCC) will participate in Arendalsuka 2026 to highlight opportunities for Norwegian-Ukrainian business cooperation and Ukraine's reconstruction and economic development.
