Russia’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine has demonstrated the critical importance of resilient energy infrastructure. Drawing on Ukraine’s hard-earned experience, the discussion will explore how energy systems can be designed and strengthened to withstand war, hybrid threats and systemic disruption.
The panel will also look beyond resilience in Norway and discuss how Norwegian and Ukrainian companies and institutions can join forces to support the development of Ukraine Energy System 2.0 — a modern, secure and resilient energy system for the future.
