INTEGRITES offers assistance with applying for NORAD financing

Our member INTEGRITES is happy to assist fellow members of the Chamber interested in applying for financing under the Nansen Support Programme for Ukraine, launched by NORAD – the Norwegian Agency for Development Cooperation.

We previously informed our member community about this opportunity in March. INTEGRITES has since built solid experience advising clients on similar instruments. Notably, they recently supported both a Finnish client and a Ukrainian municipal enterprise in the application process for funding from the Finnish-Ukrainian Investment Facility (FUIF).

💡 About the NORAD Grant Opportunity

NORAD has announced a call for proposals under the Nansen Support Programme for Ukraine, with a total funding pool of NOK 100 million, aimed at boosting entrepreneurship and value creation in Ukraine.

There is no fixed deadline, but funds will be allocated during 2025–2026.

✅ Priority sectors include:

• Energy – Sustainable production and development
• Food security – Agriculture and food processing
• Infrastructure – Essential components for Ukraine’s recovery

Important exclusions: military-related activities, alcohol, tobacco, narcotics, promotional campaigns, and the purchase of core investment objects.

💰 Grant guidelines:

• Projects with grant requests above NOK 5 million (~EUR 440,000) are prioritized
• Applicants must show a turnover of at least NOK 25 million or market capitalization of NOK 50 million
• Preference is given to joint applications (Ukrainian-Norwegian or international partnerships)

📋 Projects must demonstrate:

• Clear economic and social impact
• Alignment with the UN Sustainable Development Goals
• A realistic budget and grant disbursement plan (max 2 years)
