New Call for Proposals: Program for Ukraine Competence (UA-KOMP)

The Norwegian Directorate for Higher Education and Skills (HK-dir), in cooperation with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Norad, has launched the first call for proposals under the Program for Ukraine Competence (UA-KOMP).

The program aims to strengthen Norwegian competence in areas relevant for contributing to Ukraine's resilience and reconstruction, while also ensuring Ukrainian experiences benefit Norwegian society.

Key details:
✅ Application deadline: 1 October 2025
✅ Applicants: Norwegian universities, colleges, and research organizations (in partnership with other relevant actors)
✅ Maximum funding: NOK 3,000,000 per project
✅ Project period: Dec 2025 – Dec 2027
