NUCC Is Hiring: Advisor / Senior Advisor – Manufacturing & Construction

The Norwegian-Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce (NUCC) is looking for a motivated and experienced Advisor / Senior Advisor to join our Ukraine Project and contribute to strengthening Norwegian-Ukrainian business cooperation.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in developing and leading projects within manufacturing, construction, and dual-use industries—sectors that are vital for Ukraine’s resilience, reconstruction, and long-term economic development.

The position is part of NUCC’s NORAD-supported Ukraine project, running through 2027, with a possibility of extension. The successful candidate will work closely with businesses, public authorities, industry experts, and international partners to facilitate trade, investment, and business development between Norway and Ukraine.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage current and future projects independently and in collaboration with colleagues and partners
• Build and maintain networks with companies, authorities, and stakeholders in Norway and Ukraine
• Plan, coordinate, and implement business activities, events, and initiatives
• Conduct analysis and prepare reports on project activities and outcomes
• Monitor and communicate project developments and results

Who We Are Looking For

We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented professional with:

• A bachelor’s degree or higher in economics, engineering, law, social sciences, or another relevant field
• Experience working with Eastern Europe, preferably Ukraine
• Strong knowledge of Norwegian business and industry
• Experience in manufacturing, construction, defence, or dual-use sectors (an advantage)
• Fluency in Norwegian and English; Ukrainian language skills are considered a strong asset
• The ability to work independently and take initiative
