Ukraine Competence Programme: New call for small projects
The Norwegian Directorate for Higher Education and Skills (HK-dir) has published a new call in the Ukraine Competence Programme (UA-KOMP) for one-year projects, with an application deadline on 30 October 2025. See the call: https://hkdir.no/utlysninger-og-tilskudd/program-for-ukraina-kompetanse-eittarige-midlar-2025
A simplified call for small grants
This is a highly simplified call for small projects (up to NOK 200,000) with a wide pool of potential applicants: organisations, institutions, private companies, trade unions, cultural actors, senior universities, municipalities, libraries, and more. The call is intended to increase knowledge about Ukraine in Norway and to make Norwegian stakeholders better prepared to cooperate with Ukrainian partners.
About UA-KOMP
UA-KOMP aims to build broad competence in Norwegian business, expert communities, public administration and the voluntary sector—so Norwegian stakeholders are better equipped to contribute to Ukraine’s resilience and reconstruction. The programme also seeks to ensure that Ukrainian experience and knowledge benefit Norwegian society.
